Job description

Elite Restoration Pro is a storm restoration contractor focusing on insurance claim work, providing help to homeowners and businesses restore properties after wind and hail storms as well as other damaging weather related events. Most of the work we do includes roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. We are an exterior contractor. We are a fast growing company with room for growth an opportunity within our company.

Job Description: As a Marketing and Recruiting Manager at Elite Restoration Pro, you will play a crucial role in providing inside assistance to our sales representatives and supporting our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for various tasks aimed at promoting our company's brand, recruiting sales representatives, qualifying potential candidates, and enhancing our online media presence. Your involvement in meetings and follow-up with clients will contribute to the growth and success of our construction trade business.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing and Branding: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Elite Restoration Pro's services, including creating and managing ads for recruiting sales representatives. Assist in branding our company for online media platforms to enhance our online presence.

2. Sales Support: Provide inside assistance to sales representatives, including conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and qualifying prospects for further evaluation.

3. Meeting Participation: Attend meetings with the sales team to provide administrative support, take notes, and contribute ideas to drive sales and marketing initiatives.

4. Client Follow-Up: Assist in post-service client follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback to improve our services. Maintain a database of clients and their preferences for future reference.

5. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as managing calendars, organizing documents, responding to emails, and maintaining records related to Marketing and sales activities.

6. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email marketing, and website content updates.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and sales representatives professionally.

- Proficiency in using various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and online marketing platforms.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

```Duties```
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate information and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation.

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Familiarity with sales recruitment strategies and succession planning concepts.
- Experience in conducting employee evaluations and managing performance review processes.
- Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
