```Duties```
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for new hires.
- Manage social media platforms to attract potential candidates and promote job openings.
- Communicate with hiring managers and candidates to provide updates on the status of recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software, such as ADP or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively negotiate job offers with candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
