About the role:
We're in search of a dedicated Operations Manager to lead the Operational Data Solutions (ODS) program. ODS is a strategic pillar within Enablement and is dedicated to providing our internal customers with data solutions that enable them to navigate complex operational challenges.
Given the early stage of ODS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the program's vision and direction. Your foundational contributions will involve establishing the ODS program infrastructure, including a product development approach, delivery methodologies and performance metrics. As the team is projected to remain streamlined (totaling three members), you’ll also be hands-on, executing requests such as data pulls, report creation, analytics, and more, catering to diverse needs from Talent Acquisition and our Ops teams.
Beyond delivery, you will be defining and steering the ODS product strategy and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. Your expertise in data and analytics will be key in ensuring that the solutions we develop are not only technically sound but also align with the practical needs of our customers.
You will champion agile and lean methodologies within our team. This involves promoting a mindset of iterative development, rapid prototyping, and continuous feedback. Your leadership will ensure that the team remains flexible, responsive, and focused on delivering tangible value through user-centered products and services.
In this role, your expertise in program management and agile product development, coupled with your understanding of operational data and business acumen, will be key in helping us realize the ODS mission and drive operational excellence across our teams.
