What You'll Do:
- Utilize your recruitment expertise to identify and attract top talent in the Automotive Repair industry.
- Conduct interviews and manage the entire hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Develop and implement onboarding systems to welcome new hires and ensure their success within our organization.
- Serve as a human resource specialist, handling employee relations and providing support on various HR-related matters.
- Take charge of additional administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
