At LearnWell, we are dedicated to supporting the 10 million students in the U.S. who live with behavioral health issues. From depression and anxiety to eating disorders and substance use, we provide on-site instructional services within hospitals, ensuring that these students can continue their academic progress during treatment and successfully reintegrate into the classroom. In 2020, we acquired Comprehensive Counseling and expanded our services to include teletherapy. With over 50 years of trusted experience, our team of Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors work with patients of all ages. And now, we're growing even more with the addition of Psychiatry and Adolescent Day Treatment.

Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Expanding HR Team

Due to our incredible growth, we are thrilled to be expanding our HR team. We're currently seeking two motivated recruiters to join us in bringing in top talent for our education and counseling operation teams. We need individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and driven to meet deadlines, with a passion for finding exceptional talent.

 

Responsibilities:

- Handle full-cycle recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to fill open positions. This includes hiring teachers for our hospital partnerships and contractors for our counseling services.

- Collaborate with HR, Academic, and Counseling teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for our teachers, clinicians, and staff.

- Innovate and expand our network within the education and healthcare/behavioral health industries.

- Contribute to the development of our branding, marketing content, and social media outreach.

- Help improve our recruitment and onboarding processes.

- Contribute to the overall development and strategic planning of our talent development.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

- Preferred experience in recruiting within the education or healthcare industry, but not required.

- Bachelor's Degree required.

- Ability to work under high-pressure situations.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- High energy and strong work ethic.

- Comfortable working remotely 100% of the time.
