Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead the alignment of our Talent Acquisition resources with our human capital strategies and business goals. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure effective sourcing, branding, recruitment, and onboarding of high-quality, diverse talent across our organization. Collaborating closely with senior Human Resources and business leaders, you will translate business needs into tailored Talent Acquisition solutions.
Where You'll Work
This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters, the hub of our family-farmer owned manufacturing company. Immerse yourself in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.
Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective Talent Acquisition solutions to meet strategic and business needs.
- Execute the vision and strategic plan for Talent Acquisition, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
- Manage metrics and a balanced scorecard to measure the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition processes and outcomes.
- Establish expertise, standardization, and implementation of Talent Acquisition processes aligned with business requirements.
- Stay informed about applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Who You Are:
- Ability to identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent organization and business process understanding, with proven business and Talent Acquisition credibility.
- Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with and influencing senior executives.
- Exceptional analytical ability and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of success in Talent Acquisition
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in Talent Acquisition.
- A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
