Role: Loan IQ Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Qualification :
Science / Engineering graduate
Roles & Responsibilities:
• "Installation and Upgradations of Loan IQ server and client
• Setting up of Loan IQ multiple zones and working config changes through ls2app.ini file
• Hands on knowledge on Loan IQ, SDK, Data Model, Trader Desktop, APIs, and Reporting (IBM Cognos)
• Hands on experience on Java, Oracle is must.
• Coordinate with different stake holders
• Provide support for SIT, UAT and Production
• Cloud implementation knowledge is an added advantage.
• Team leading skills is an added advantage.
• Preparation and Execution of project plan
• Participates in Audit
• Hands on experience of Loan IQ
• Knowledge on Primary and Secondary Loans
• Working knowledge Loan IQ modules like Customer, Doc Tracking, Amendments, Batch and Batch Jobs, Adhoc Queries, Reporting, Ticklers, Accounting and Control, TDT, Deals, Facilities, Portfolios, Outstanding like BAs, CA, Discount Loan, Deposits, Loan and Repo Loans, non-loans, SBLC Guarantee, ACM, Lender shares, Assignments etc.
• Configuration changes
• Preparation of Functional Specification document
• Implement the client requirements and validate.
• Coordinate with different stake holders
• Support SIT, UAT and Prod Phase
• Preparation of requirement documentation and validate.
• Knowledge on SQL is an added advantage.
• Preparation and Execution of project plan
• Participates in Audit" .

The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
