Summary
The Recruiter will provide primary support in the recruitment of employees to fulfill staffing needs through the advertisement of open positions, keeping detailed records about candidates, and guide applicants through the recruiting process. The Recruiter will explain details regarding the position and working environment to potential employees.

Responsibilities
- Conduct recruiting activities to support staffing needs.
- Maintain community ties to effectively maintain pool of available candidates.
- Communicate with Hiring Managers to determine needs and qualifications.
- Conduct interviews.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact.
- Complete all onboarding requirements including background checks and drug screening.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent people and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure, in fast paced environment.
Experience
- Experience in Human Resources related field preferred.
- Recruiting experience in Automotive field preferred.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask.
