Job Description
Our client is a dynamic, boutique wealth management firm with a mission to educate the community on all things financial and empower others to live their best lives. They design a personalized plan and help clients execute it by safely navigating their financial journey and having meaningful adventures. The firm provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning, fee-based investment advisory solutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning, and risk management.
They are adding a Recruiter to support the firm. The Recruiter is responsible for building and maintaining relationships across the office to help generate warm referrals as well as generate leads through various online avenues and through their personal network.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on all aspects of the financial advisor career and selection process
- Develop strong referral relationships with existing advisors, staff, and leadership
- Develop strong referral partnerships with community leaders
- Work with office leadership team to determine goals and activity
- Execute office recruiting plan to reach activity and contract goals
- Utilize online sourcing tools including but not limited to: LinkedIN, Indeed, etc
- Communicate with candidates to schedule initial meeting as well as facilitate the remainder of the selection process
- Diligent follow-up with past, qualified candidates
- Manage and implement potential advertising and promotions
- Maintain the online recruiting presence
- Report weekly activity to leadership team
- Enter all necessary information into company's applicant tracking system
- Participate in regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) meetings with the leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5 years of recruiting or sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Established relationships in the community
Compensation
- $90-110k+ base salary with competitive bonus compensation. Target compensation is $120-150k
