What The Position is About:
- Manage and oversee the sales division for the company’s Colorado location (15+ in-home design consultants)
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales roster
- Responsible for enhancing, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Utilize home improvement tools to effectively identify and address operational weaknesses
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
- Mostly an in-field position, developing and motivating the sales roster
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Experience managing a larger in-home sales team of 10+
- Windows experience is required
- Proven track record of successfully growing sales teams & improving performance
- Excellent leadership and motivation skills
