We are seeking to hire a Recruiter for 2-3 months with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. This position is directly involved with an Academic Tutoring and STEM Summer Camp. The Recruiter will serves as an assistant to Administration, duties will include marketing, cold-calling, database management, and scheduling.

The Recruiter must be highly goal-oriented, a self-starter, facile with technology, have a growth mindset, organized yet flexible, and possess a dynamic and friendly personality. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual that is able to manage a high volume of requests and projects without sacrificing quality. Hours will be determined based on the scope of the work involved. This role is great for anyone who has ties to parent and student groups: including athletic teams, schools, tutoring sites, houses of worship, recreation centers, youth enrichment sites, after-school programs, and gymnasiums to name a few. We are particularly interested in recruiters who are skilled on social media which we have found to be an excellent vehicle to attract families.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and facilitate on-site interviews for candidates across multiple locations, managing communications via phone, email, and social medial when required
• Working closely with the Assistant Director, executing publicist talent and marketing processes and policies consistently
• Representing STEM 2024 with enthusiasm and professionalism as part of the recruitment process.
