The current position will assist in the following:
- Job posting, reviews resumes, and conducts initial screening
- Recruits, hires, and processes new employees.
- Answers phone calls, take messages, and properly directs phone calls to the appropriate management staff.
- Greets clients, employees, and visitors in a friendly manner.
- Maintains a positive attitude and contributes to the current positive working environment.
- Sets up and maintains filing systems and keeps office organized.
- Processes incoming invoices and assist in accounts payable.
- Provides general office support, including filing, copying, scanning, proficient computer skills, and email.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, employees, and managers.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information
- Working Hours are from 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday
This position requires candidate to work onsite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
