We are a fast paced sports bar and restaurant and very well known located inside Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. We strive to provide the best customer service by hiring a talented, professional, upbeat staff that understands hospitality, loves working in a fast-paced environment and that are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. We provide a fun restaurant environment for our staff and our guests. We need a Restaurant Assistant Manager who has a great work ethic as well as a great sense of humor.
Our ideal restaurant Assistant Manager candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, customer service, staff management, and problem solving. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Viable candidates must have the following background:
- Restaurant Manager- must have full understanding of restaurant financials
- Must enjoy the high-volume Casual Dining environment
- Must have experience leading high-volume restaurants of $4.0 million or higher
- Experienced in hiring, training and developing of restaurant teams
- Must have team focus and hands-on management style philosophy
- Background and references must reflect positive impact at previous employers
- Must show solid tenure with previous employers
