Amazing opportunity to join a brand-new team with a small and rapidly growing lender. We are in the process of building our Recovery Team and have an opportunity for one very talented and experienced back-end collector to join the team. If you have successful experience collecting on auto loans that have been charged, crushed it on a recovery team or are just an all-around amazing back-end collector looking to grow and make a great income this is the opportunity for you! This is a hybrid remote role.

What You're Doing

• Collecting on charged off accounts for both auto and powersports.
• Meet or exceed monthly recovery goals.
• Within established guidelines, negotiate settlement arrangements with customers in order to maximize potential recoveries on past due accounts.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate vehicles and/or customers.
• We need someone that has the skills and patience to help educate our customers on account terms and alternate payment programs and methods. We are a service first kind of team.
• Recovery and Charge Off Collections, need we say more?!
• Assist other departments and team members as needed, we are a small company so want someone okay with rolling up their sleeves and jumping in to help other departments and team members as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of back-end or recovery collections at another auto-finance company with a track record of success!
• Superior skip-tracing skills, and be familiar with standard skip-tracing tools.
• Ability to multi-task and proven track record of working independently.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to effectively handle difficult customer issues.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and co-workers. We’re teamwork people and culture people so looking for teamwork and culture minded people to join us.
