Position Title:Records Specialist III – Records Quality (T3)

Role:
Ensure the ticket or project-based accuracy of data for lit records within the Netcracker application; ensure that Netcracker data matches associated OSPI and CRM systems the role will also ensure that the input data is accurate to properly reflect field conditions to support business needs and downstream systems, tools, reporting & analytics. The Records Specialist III will create and enforce standards that deliver accurate and complete records for our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain accurate and comprehensive files and records for the organization.
- Classify, index, and catalog records for easy storage and retrieval. This involves understanding the nature of the information, the requirements for its use, and the end-users' needs
- Regularly audit records for accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
- Continually review and recommend improvements to records management policies, processes, and systems to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Execute clean-up projects and update necessary systems

- Communicate and coordinate with relevant functions and parties as needed and Work with outside departments to reconcile data discrepancies
- Follow standards and procedures when working in the Network Records system
- Understanding of internal and external databases operations and processes
- Strong written and oral communications skills
Education/Certifications:
- High School Diploma
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- 5 + years’ experience working in a GIS or related system
- 3 + years of digitizing and editing data attribution experience
- Experience reading construction drawings a plus

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
Compensation Information: For New York, Colorado, California and Washington residents the hiring range offered for this position is $58,720 - $84,410 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10% of annual salary. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
