Records Management Specialist (C)

• Ability to learn internal processes and retain information with minimal redirection 
• Accurate data entry 
• Strong organizations skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to learn and adhere to policies and procedures (internal controls, security protocols, data protection and integrity, etc.) 
• Familiar with document scanning and application workflow processes 
• Understand and follow written and oral instructions 
• Familiar with Records Management storage and retention (physical and electronic) 
• Exceptional customer service skills 
• Familiar with various computer software programs and files (MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe) 
• General analytical and critical thinking skills 
• Strong ability to accurately batch incoming mail by document classes and types 
• Handle physical workload to include ability to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis 
• Meet deadlines with accuracy
