- Ability to learn and adhere to policies and procedures (internal controls, security protocols, data protection and integrity, etc.)
- Familiar with document scanning and application workflow processes
- Understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Familiar with Records Management storage and retention (physical and electronic)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiar with various computer software programs and files (MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe)
- General analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong ability to accurately batch incoming mail by document classes and types
- Handle physical workload to include ability to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis
- Meet deadlines with accuracy
Skills Preferred:
Preferred experience printing and mailroom operations.
Experience Required Proven experience within data entry and Records Management.
