Our facility offers many services to dog owners - daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and then all of our paw-some retail.
We currently have a multi position open!
Front desk duty days: Your main focus will be upselling our services, and servicing the Front Desk. Customer Service and communication will be your highest priority.
Canine Handler/Runner duty days: Your main focus will be dog safety, communication, multi-tasking, & cleaning.
This is a great opportunity to get experience in the animal field - we have so many avenues to branch from. All employees receive a discount on all services and products, and you get to bring your dog to work!
Our front house staff are the first face that our pupperonies and their parents see, so we do have some qualifications:
- This position can be part-time or full-time but it is not seasonal. We do require you to be available on Mondays and Fridays as they are our busiest times.
- We are open 7 days a week, weekend availability will be needed (shift rotations).
- Must have proven Sales Experience.
- Must have computer knowledge.
- Must use adequate grammar and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Must be very presentable and a real people - and dog - person.
- Fun, outgoing, and positive attitude.

- Are you confident you can upsell services and push retail?
- Are you available to work all shifts (reasonably)? AM shift 6am-2pm and PM shift 1pm-8pm and some times weekends?
- This is both a Front Desk, and a Canine Handler position. You will be working one of these positions for different shifts. The Canine Handler position can be a very labor intensive. Are you capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, and being on your feet for long periods of time?
