Duties will include:
Responsibilities will include answering phones as well as performing administrative duties including: various office projects, copying, opening and closing mail procedures, and data entry. Reports to managing partner and Office Manager.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communications skills, great client service skills and have the ability to multi-task. Must be a pro-active, confident person with excellent administrative and organizational skills, meticulous in attention to detail with a 'can-do' attitude, have good time management skills and be flexible in a fast paced and changing environment. Strong work ethic and professionalism is expected.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel
