We are looking for a full-time Office Assistant to add to our team. This position would entail daily interaction with customers over the phone, entering customer and service information into CRM software, reviewing technician paperwork for accuracy, and other general office type duties. All training is provided. This person would need to live within 15 miles of our office. Wages are based on experience.
Required Skills:
- Good telephone skills
- Good computer skills and proficient in MS products (Word, Excel, Etc.)
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to multitask
- Preferred experience with accounting
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
