Second Shift Office Assistant/Bail Bond Agent

Job Description: We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Office Associate to manage a variety of office tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general office duties, including filing, answering phone calls, engaging with potential clients, taking payments, and managing our social media platforms. A significant part of this role involves social media management, requiring the candidate to be skilled and experienced in this area. We are happy to provide training for social media management. In addition, the Office Associate is expected to pursue licensure as a bail Bond Agent in Ohio (paid for by the company).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and redirecting calls as necessary.
• Lead our social media efforts, creating engaging content, responding to queries, and growing our online presence.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing clear, concise information.
• Manage and process client payments with attention to financial accuracy.
• Conduct general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Work towards obtaining a bail Bond Agent license in the state of Ohio (support and resources will be provided by Craven Bail Bonds).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and career-focused.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
• Willingness to undertake the licensing process for becoming a bail Bond Agent in Ohio.
• Flexibility to work Second Shift hours and adapt to a hybrid work model (in-office and remote).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
