Form of workWe are looking for a qualified Office Assistant to join our team! Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to follow directions well. You should be a "people person" with great customer service skills. Previous office skills, along with the program Rent Manager experience is a plus!
Duties for this position:
Perform receptionist duties such as greeting residents, prospects, and vendors, answering phones, filing, meet with prospective residents to show properties, explain terms of occupancy and rules and regulations of the park, process potential resident applications, enter bills into Rent Manager, enter rental payments into Rent Manager via check scanner, maintain a neat and tidy office area, assist community manager with duties as needed.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Sales Experience
- Major duties include: greeting residents and potential residents, answering phones, filing, entering rent payments via check scanner, entering bills, assist Community Manager if needed.
