Our Outpatient Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Center was Est in 2017. We are a semi-large group with 4 surgeons, and 2 mid-level providers. We pride ourselves in offering the latest cosmetic and reconstructive techniques, while delivering amazing results to our patients. We have our own outpatient surgery center with clinic, and operate out of a corporate satellite office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone, maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
• Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Notifying providers of patient arrivals
• Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
• Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims
• Customer Service
• Check patients in and make sure schedule reflects appointment status
• Check patients out and schedule next appointment
• Introduce visitors to the appropriate personnel that will assist with their concerns
• Prepare encounters for next day patients
• Keep Font Desk and Lobby area clean
• Process payments
• Handle data entry daily.
• Ability to manage and maximize clinic flow.
• Must have the desire to commit to long term employment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service while being efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be BILINGUAL
• Provide patient education on procedures, and follow-up care
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service and care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
