```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform data entry, typing, and transcribing duties as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a receptionist or clerk is preferred but not required
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems
