• 2+ years' experience working in an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Customer-service oriented
• Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience in Administration in plumbing and heating is preferred

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
• Dispatching calls to technicians
• Scheduling calls
• Cleaning office/bathrooms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
