Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers in an upbeat and positive manner. Outbound calls to schedule appointment.
- Schedule HVAC service appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office
Your Experience
- Previous experience using Google Suite for email, calendar management, and document creation/editing
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic administrative tasks
- Experience working in a customer service role, providing excellent service to clients or customers
- Knowledge of Commercial HVAC procedures is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
