Draw House Concepts is currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team based in San Antonio, TX. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Pay Range:
$18.50 - $29.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, replenishing supplies, and arranging seating for visitors.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members, using calendar software or manual scheduling systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, preparing documents, and filing paperwork.
- Monitor and maintain office security by issuing visitor badges, logging visitor information, and following established access control procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and staff members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with phone systems or switchboards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
