Job Description:

Draw House Concepts is currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team based in San Antonio, TX. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay Range:

$18.50 - $29.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
• Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed.
• Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, replenishing supplies, and arranging seating for visitors.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members, using calendar software or manual scheduling systems.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, preparing documents, and filing paperwork.
• Monitor and maintain office security by issuing visitor badges, logging visitor information, and following established access control procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and staff members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with phone systems or switchboards.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
