Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will assist a team of individuals in their day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the phone and in person
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Assist staff with various duties as needed
• Assist customers on a day to day basis
• Process paperwork and work in a CRM database

Qualifications

• Tekion knowledge is a plus
• Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate customers' interests and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
