Healthy Paws Veterinary Clinic, a well-established and family-friendly small animal clinic, is growing and looking for a veterinary receptionist to round out our team at the front desk. We are a high-quality, multi-doctor practice that prides itself with an enjoyable working environment, great leadership, and excellent support staff. This is a full-time position (avg. 32 hours/4 days a week), though part time would also be considered for the right candidate.
Your most important job is to present Healthy Paws Veterinary Clinic in the best manner possible and to help us build long lasting relationships with our clients. Duties include answering the telephone, greeting clients and patients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments. This is a fast paced clinic, so we are looking for a candidate who is detail orientated, can multi-task, and who excels in client communication. Priority will be given to applicants with experience working in a veterinary clinic, but will train the right candidate. Due to the nature of our business, we ask that applicants are 18 years old or older.
