We are currently looking for an Receptionist to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role requires a full background check including fingerprint, drug screen, and employment verification.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs basic telephone techniques and etiquette; performs public relations and communication services; maintains great rapport with staff, residents, visitors and callers; thoroughly records and distributes messages; performs routine typing using Microsoft Word, and other software and performs general clerical activities in support of Hermitage Hall. An individual must be able to perform the duties in a positive work mode and serve as a positive role model and influence for youth and peers. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Answers telephone promptly, paging, and transferring calls, or taking and distributing messages for those who are unavailable
- Greets all visitors, ensuring that they sign in and out of visitor’s log. Pages staff member they are visiting. For residents, maintains visitor’s log and coordinates visits with therapists.
- Performs typing tasks as distributed by Administrative Compliance Specialist.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age.
