Receptionist

Bel Air Care Center is looking for RECEPTIONIST to join our growing team! Position available for FULL TIME Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities of the RECEPTIONIST

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting and welcoming providing exceptional customer service
• Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Give prospective clients tours and presenting our services
• Activating Wanderguard System
• Must communicate and be courteous, helpful and respectful to residents and their families
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have patience and tact when dealing with residents, family members and other staff
• Professionalism
• Good attendance and work ethic
• Must be able to organize time and prioritize work.
• Previous long term care and customer service experience helpful.
