Job Description
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
* Taking phone orders in Quickbooks.
* Maintain reception area and all common areas clean.
* Filling daily and year end consolidating and boxing up.
* Provide copies of Invoice and account balance.
Required:
Experience with Quickbooks and EXCEL.
2 full recent years as receptionist.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Available for immediate hire only.
$16 an hour.
