Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
• Answer online requests and text messages
• Schedule quote appointments and maintain appointment calendars
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with project coordination as needed
• Maintain inventory of general office supplies

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable Transportation
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
