RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Answer online requests and text messages
- Schedule quote appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with project coordination as needed
- Maintain inventory of general office supplies
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
