Receptionist

Our fast-paced animal clinic looking to add veterinary receptionists to our staff! . Previous animal handling experience is preferred. Ensuring high-quality care for all patients and clients involves providing a warm welcome both over the phone and in person. Receptionists serve as the initial contact for clients visiting the clinic. You will be in charge of scheduling over the phone, welcoming all clients to the Clinic, and making sure they feel comfortable. You will help improve efficiency by ensuring check-ins operate swiftly to minimize client wait times.

Hours are Mon - Fri 7:30am-6pm Saturdays 7:30am-2pm

You will need to work at least 2 Saturdays a month

We are hiring for one full time and one part time position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Reception: 1 year (Required)
