Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service in areas including: coverage questions, policy changes, requests for policy documents, payments, discounts and claims.
• Educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Must be great with customers on the phone and in person
• Detail oriented

• Bilingual - Spanish preferred but not required
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
