Description

Receptionist at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and supporting the Sales Team in order to exceed their volume and margin sales goals. The position is non-exempt.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees.
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day.
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers.
• Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive.
• Welcome all clients & guests.
• Answer and screen phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Distribute both phone and e-mail leads to brokers.
• Maintain a clean & organized lobby, kitchen, and bathroom.
• Operate standard office equipment.
• Take inventory and order office supplies.
• Check & distribute mail.
• Maintain all relevant files.
• Provide administrative support to brokers and employees as needed.
• Actively participate in Boat Shows, Office/Off-site sales and customer events.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members' objectives
• Proves reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules
• Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat
• Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
• Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization
• Positive interaction with all team members
• Administrative, computer knowledge, Microsoft Suite
• Lift 10 lbs infrequently
• Seated, Stooping, Climbing
