Description
Receptionist at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and supporting the Sales Team in order to exceed their volume and margin sales goals. The position is non-exempt.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees.
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day.
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers.
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive.
- Welcome all clients & guests.
- Answer and screen phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Distribute both phone and e-mail leads to brokers.
- Maintain a clean & organized lobby, kitchen, and bathroom.
- Operate standard office equipment.
- Take inventory and order office supplies.
- Check & distribute mail.
- Maintain all relevant files.
- Provide administrative support to brokers and employees as needed.
- Actively participate in Boat Shows, Office/Off-site sales and customer events.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members' objectives
- Proves reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules
- Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat
- Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
- Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization
- Positive interaction with all team members
- Administrative, computer knowledge, Microsoft Suite
- Lift 10 lbs infrequently
