Responsibilities
- Receives visitors, answers incoming telephone calls, and provides assistance for administrative staff.
- Serves as receptionist for facility.
- Operates switchboard for incoming phone calls.
- Monitors front entrance door and front entrance door alarm.
- Sorts and distributes mail accordingly.
- Assists Administrative staff as needed.
- Performs other miscellaneous office duties, e.g. making copies, faxing, assembling packets and employee handbooks, typing, handling employment applications, etc.
- Insures orderly appearance of lobby on a daily basis.
- Assists visitors and volunteers in signing appropriate guest book.
- Monitors everyone who enters and leaves the building.
- Completes other related duties as assigned.

- Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Previous office experience preferable.
- Organization skills a positive.
- Ability to relate well to the public, good customer skills and professional image.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment with many interruptions.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Computer Skills
- PC proficient (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Object Handling Categories:
- Work requires the ability to lift/carry objects routinely as follows:
- Heavy Lifting: Objects weighing 35-50 pounds lifted on a regular basis.

- Medium Lifting: Objects weighing 15-35 pounds lifted on a regular basis.
