Receptionist (Ft M-F)

We are currently seeking a qualified facility Receptionist to join our team. Part-time and full-time positions may be available. Full-time position benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan.

Role Responsibilities:

• Performs clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and directed by the supervisor.
• Duties include answering the phone/paging system; greeting visitors, residents, and sales representatives; and receiving inquiries and release of information in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Preferred Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from and accredited school/college.
