Form of workA busy eastside personal injury Law Firm seeks an empathetic, well presented and serene receptionist to provide a week of in office temporary vacation coverage.
Do you have a proven ability to provide empathetic and calming phone support to a high volume of incoming calls from victims and their families of motor vehicle accidents suffering from injuries not limited to traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, and wrongful deaths. Maybe you have worked as a dispatcher in a first responder setting, in a busy medical office or in a personal injury Law Firm? We want to hear from you!
Can you operate a multi line phone system? Can you receive faxes? Operate a scanner and copier? Shift gears and provide warm reception to walk-ins and scheduled in person appointments? We REALLY want to hear from you!
Schedule: 9am to 4pm
Duration: February 9th to February 16th 2024 -- One week plus a half day of paid in office training
Location: Kirkland, WA (Right on Lake Washington)- bus accessible
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour
