Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Checking Email and Savings Documents Copy and Mail Documents
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist / assistant is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Computer Skills in Outlook, Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Office
