We need a receptionist, to answer phones and direct them to the proper people. We are a small utility and get many calls about the customer's bills, as well as clients looking for service. As time goes on and one becomes more familiar with the business, we would expect them to be able to answer general questions.
We need someone that can answer calls in a friendly manor and be cordial with irate customers.
