POSITION OVERVIEW
The position of Receptionist will be an integral member of the growing Maintenance and Design-Build divisions of Start To Finish. This will be a part-time position and will require office support to the General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Account Managers, Office Manager, and Design-Build Staff. Database Management of the residential and commercial properties is an integral part of the position. This position will be three days a week beginning April 1st and running through August.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
●Administrative - Ability to multi-task with general office support to staff as required. This includes but is not limited to: answering phones, drafting correspondences, and greeting and assisting guests.
● Database – Database management includes but is not limited to: customer relations management, job tracking and timesheet management for invoicing, and general knowledge and support of staff using the database.
● Customer Service – Professional representation of the company with customers is key and is primarily through email or phone interactions.
● Problem Solving – Adaptability and being quick on your feet will be important in this role. This season of the year will be fast paced and require much attention and focus to complete tasks successfully. Negotiation, communication, research, and stepping outside of the ‘box’ to overcome any situation is important.
● Communication – Ability to understand and explain concepts with your team members is required. Communication ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS
● Advanced knowledge of electronic systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and more.
● Database management experience preferred
● Minimum high school diploma
● Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools p
● Patience with team members, some team members may need onsite job training and instruction.
● Requires attention to detail
● Strong Communication skills, and enforce communication throughout our company
● Daily transportation to and from work
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Starting at $16.00/hour but is commensurate with the experience required for the job, with an average of 24 hours a week
