Orthosport OC Physical Therapy is looking for a receptionist to join our Mission Viejo team. We are located on 26522 La Alameda. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls
• Schedule patients and collect copays
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Submit for authorizations
• Maintain patient charts and communication with referring Physician offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
