Job Description
Marcum Search is looking to help a NYC area corporate office fill their main Receptionist role, as part of their Operations team.
The receptionist is responsible for greeting and directing visitors who are calling and entering establishment. Provide assistance with general office administration responsibilities, including:
- Answer and route all phone calls
- Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, clients, etc.
- File and maintain records.
- Process checks for daily deposit and record receipts for services.
- Maintain calendar for conference room and visitor office scheduling.
- Coordinate catering for internal meetings and events as necessary.
- Process invoices for various office services.
- Coordinate maintenance requests
Position is in person in NYC - Manhattan. Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30pm. Salary with benefits. An opportunity to get overtime.
- Qualifications include a knowledge of basic business, technology, switchboards and general office administration. Great communication skills.
