Encore Village is seeking Pool (as needed) Receptionists. This position will provide customer service to residents as well as family members. Responsibilities will include coordinating transportation, taking reservations and payments for activities/trips, incoming/outgoing telephone calls, key sign-out and other desk duties assigned. Must possess excellent customer service skills and a confident professional demeanor. Basic computer skills required, including Word and Outlook. At least 1 year experience required. Availability to fill in when needed. All three shifts have openings: Days and pms shift hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm and 3:30pm to 11:30pm. Overnight shift from 11:30am to 7:30am.
