Receptionist

Dental Office looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to work full time. Ideal candidate would have minimal of (1) year dental experience. You should be familiar and comfortable with insurance verification, treatment planning, scheduling appointments, filing, answering phones, collecting patient co-pays/deductibles and any other front desk duties while having a great attitude and great customer service.

Requirements:

- Great communication skills, be dependable.
- Must be able to coordinate treatment plans and schedule appointments.
- Make financial presentations and financial arrangements.
- Great organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Must be able to manage a BUSY work environment.
- Knowledge of Dentrix .
- Experience with PPO and Denti-cal .
- Bilingual : English -Spanish a MUST.
- Multitask .
- Available to work Monday - Friday and every other Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
