Receptionist

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our Parish, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our parishioners and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and data entry

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Provide support to visitors

- Selling Mass cards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
