Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Greeting and directing visitors in the office. Operating a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
• Retrieving messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel.
• Answering incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Answering questions about the organization and providing callers with addresses, directions, and other information; welcoming on-site visitors, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel.
• Monitoring visitor access and taking payments for services and products.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
