Receptionist

Malin seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to provide coverage in your corporate lobby to answer our multi-line phone system and serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This position will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and those that reach out to us in person and over the phone.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 am to 5 pm with 2 breaks during the day, and a one-hour lunch

Work environment: Sits at the front desk of our corporate office with headset, answers and routes calls via Microsoft Teams phone system, greets employees and visitors.

• Ability to work 100% onsite in Addison, TX office

• Approachable warm and friendly demeanor

• Consistent and reliable attendance

• Previous experience with Microsoft Teams, Office and Outlook

• Flexible and good problem solving skills
