Receptionist

Koley Jessen is a dynamic law firm powered by dynamic people. The Firm is seeking a reliable and positive Receptionist to work closely with our attorneys, paralegals and staff, as well as our external clients while providing over-the-top service.

The ideal receptionist should excel at multitasking in a fast-paced setting and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Additionally, effective verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to adjust communication style for various audiences, are essential. A candidate who is flexible and pays close attention to detail is highly preferred.

Receptionist job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet visitors and clients with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Engage with clients and employees courteously, professionally and respectfully through phone calls, emails and face-to-face interactions
• Answers and direct telephone calls efficiently and courteously
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Maintain the appearance of the lobby and all client conference rooms
• Accept and record deliveries and routes all incoming faxes and communications to specific departments
• Manage all meeting lunches for the Firm
• Reconciliation of Firm related expenses.
• Be knowledgeable in office policies and services provided.
• Team player
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Perform general clerical duties associated with the position
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred skills and experience include at least two (2) years of front desk experience with a multi-line system, and proven skill with Microsoft Office and other computer/software technologies.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
