Receptionist/Bookkeeper
$15/hr DOE
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Are you looking for a 9-5 and have accounting skills? A local company in Norfolk, NE is seeking a Receptionist/Bookkeeper. With this role, you will be answering phones, creating invoices, processing payments, and performing general office duties. Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Create service tickets
- Create invoices
- Scheduling appointments
- Payment processing
- Answering the phone
- Assist with monthly billing
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in Accounting or related field
- Computer skills, typing, Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks.
